What is the materials of the htv applied on?

HTV--Heat Transfer Design is high frequency use and can be applied to a variety of materials in the field of apparels. Commonly, heat transfers are used on fabrics like cotton, polyester, nylon, as well as materials like rayon and cupro . It can also adhere to non-fabric surfaces, including  leathers, plastics and planted blend

Fabrics:

Cotton:

100% cotton and cotton spandex blends are quite good and popular choices for HTV applications due to their features to withstand high heat and absorb the melting glue backside which allows for vibrant and durable designs of heat transfer. 

Polyester:

Polyester and polyester blends, especially athletic wear fabrics, are also suitable for our heat transfer logos. 

Blends:

Many HTV products are designed to work with cotton-polyester blends, which are common in apparel. 

Nylon and Rayon:

These fabrics can also be used with HTV, like rayon haren pants.  

Mesh fabric:

As it is quite thin and small holes on the mesh fabric, usually it is not good for htv, but we develop htv for it and perfect for it holding. 

Non-Fabric Surfaces:

Wood and bamboo: HTV can be used to create designs on wood surfaces when the surface is suitable for heat transfer machine to use. .

Leather: silicone heat transfer can be applied to leather goods to make the patches more texture.

Rubber: new application the rubber glove which fit perfect for the designs.

Material Compatibility:

When selecting our heat transfers, it's important to consider the specific type of material it's designed to adhere to, as some HTV is formulated for different fabric types or non-porous surfaces. Before the big order, it is better to get samples to make the test.  

Heat Resistance:

Always check the surface’s heat tolerance to ensure it can withstand the heat required for HTV application. 

Pre-washing:

Pre-washing fabrics, especially cotton, can help prevent shrinkage after HTV application.
